據搜航網獲悉，中遠(yuǎn)海運國(guó)際（新加坡）有限公司剛剛宣布将在馬來(lái)西亞開展多項發展新項目，爲的是進一步加強和發展公司在亞洲及馬來(lái)西亞的業務：

一、拟收購(gòu)Guper Integrated Logistics Sdn.Bhd.（“Gil”）、Gem Logistics Sdn.Bhd.（“Gems”）和Dolphin Shipping Agency Sdn.Bhd.（“DSA”）80%的股份；二、拟收購(gòu)West Freight Services Sdn.Bhd.（“EWF”）80%的股份；三、馬來(lái)西亞巴生(shēng)港拟出租土(tǔ)地建造一個約300000平方英尺的倉庫；四、将由Golden Logistics＆Storage Sdn Bhd 收購(gòu)SH Cogent Logistics Sdn Bhd的所有資産。
